Literacy

Grades K-8

From phonics and sight words to literary analysis, I aim develop your child's literacy, foster their love of reading, and establish self-confidence in their writing.

Math

Grades K-8

From basic addition and subtraction all the way to prealgebra, I can coach your child to understand the "why" behind math rules. I adapt lessons to student interests and real-life scenarios so math becomes a tool, not a chore.

About Me

During the summer of 2020, I saw an unmet need for personalized, high-quality instruction that would help students make up the ground they lost during an unprecedented school year. 

 

   A year later, I am running my own tutoring service! My goal is to tailor instruction to students’ needs and interests, cultivating curiosity and self-confidence in the process.

My family and I enjoyed working with Jennie especially my granddaughter. She was knowledgeable, patient, and positive while teaching.
